Strat360 was founded by Steve Levine, a marketing strategy executive, who possesses a strong background in user experience (UX), customer experience, marketing research, digital analytics, and social media. Steve leverages his expertise to help clients enhance customer relationships among consumers as well as small, medium, and large businesses. His unique talent combines diverse research methodological skills with a deep knowledge of the digital world. Steve's consultative 360 degree approach involves listening closely and drilling down on client goals and, in turn, customizing specific solutions. In the end, objectives are met with highly practical and actionable outcomes. Steve offers a rare combination of wide ranging skills in user experience and traditional research.
Steve worked in social media even before the term became widely used. Throughout the 1990's and into the following decade, Steve worked closely with commercial online services and e-commerce organizations where the Internet was central to their business model. More recently, Steve has successfully worked with (and continues to work with) a wide variety of small businesses, mid-market, and enterprises in high tech, telecommunications, business services, and consumer goods. Some of the better known tech organizations with whom Steve has extensive experience include: AOL, AT&T, HP, IBM, Lucent, Microsoft, Mobile Marketing Association, Motorola, MSN, Oovo, Samsung, and SONY.
Steve's professional career began while he studied Business and Marketing at the Fox School of Business at Temple University. While earning his degree, Steve held jobs as a marketing research interviewer then later through promotion as a phone room supervisor and manager. Upon graduation, he was hired as a marketing research project manager dedicated to the IBM account. This experience provided Steve with a strong background in business-to-business and technology oriented marketing research. Thereafter, he worked with consumer goods and services organizations such as P&G KFC, and an array of advertising agencies. Next, Steve was promoted to oversee and direct teams associated with the Microsoft, HP, Agilent, and Lucent accounts in a global capacity. Subsequently, he became the leader of a tech and telecommunications specialty business unit for a global provider of research services where he became known internally and among certain clients as a change agent. To that end, Steve has:
Led International Best Practices sessions on-site for clients and through webinars;
Spoken on the role of disruptive practices and solutions in start-ups and more established businesses;
Led social media bootcamps internally for employees and in the classrooms of universities.
In addition to running Strat360, Steve is earning a Master's degree in Digital Innovation in Marketing from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. He also oversees a non-profit DontDuit, Inc which focuses on raising awareness of driving under the influence of technology. Moreover, Steve has written widely read pieces that can be found on Examiner and blogs associated with customer experience, social media, and brand reputation. Steve is a member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the MRA (Marketing Research Association).
